- Business Laws
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Business Economics
Passing Criteria: Minimum 40% in each paper and 50% aggregate.
Registration Validity: 4 years from first eligible attempt.
ICAI Registration Fee: ₹9,000 (Online).
How many times is the Foundation exam conducted in a year?
The exam is conducted three times a year – January, May, and September.
What is the exam pattern?
The exam includes both subjective and objective papers. Negative marking applies to objective papers.
